What is the estimated transport time?
A: Typical transport time coast to coast nationwide is estimated at 7-14 days in transit once the car is picked up. The estimated transport time varies for distances and routes. We cannot guarantee exact transport times due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather elements, road conditions, natural disasters, mechanical issues and so on.
Can I place my personal items in the car?
A: No, you may not place personal items in car. If personal items are left in car, it is at owners own risk. It is a federal regulation, a carrier is not licensed to carry household goods. CNS Transport is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left in car. See Terms and Conditions.
What are the next steps after I place my order?
A: Once you place your order with us you can send in full payment, deposit or pay with credit card or paypal. If order is cash on delivery (COD), remember payment is due upon delivery of vehicle in the form of cash, cashiers check or money order made out to CNS Transport. If these forms of payment are not made at delivery or prior to delivery, your vehicle will be not be dropped at delivery location on order and put in a terminal at owners expense. Once order is confirmed, scheduling of auto transport will be arranged based upon your pick up date. The dispatch center or driver will contact you in advance to arrange the details for the pick up . The Bill of Lading (inspection report) will be completed upon pick up by the driver and the shipper. Copy of inspection report will be left with shipper. The dispatch center or driver will contact the receiver in advance and upon delivery, at that time the vehicle will be re-inspected for release and the receiver will sign for the vehicle and pay any remainder balance due.
